when it came close to my high school graduation, my parents offered me a "new" car for getting a good GPA (4.75... many AP classes) and getting into a good college (UCLA). i considered many different cars: a supra, a 240sx, a lexus is, etc., etc. the first dealership i went to, a local nissan dealership, had four Z32s out front. the first one i saw, the one we parked in front of, was a super clean, low mileage, black '96 2+2. that's what i eventually got and what i still have.
